That small paradox aside, let's have a look at it.
The hair is pretty well done, I like the general look of it and the flow isn't half bad. Your choise of an animesque style helps here as it's more forgiving about exact hair structure and physics.
The female is in general reasonably well done overall, the face works, the expression in understandable and the pose looks like what it aims to be. She's a bit on the bony side and the hand could use some refining but otherwise it's fine enough.
The man, however, doesn't quite work as well. He looks as wide as a barrel (not sure if that was the point, if it was, ignore that comment), the pose is stiff, the undershirt doesn't really look like a shirt the face appears a bit broken and he just generaly lacks the more fluid feel of the female.
Look more into drawing clothes, especialy men's clothes, and work on your anatomy a bit. For a 90 minute drawing it's quite good really.
PS: You might want to invest in a scanner. I'm not sure about your local prices but around here you can get them for around $30

Until then, you might want to get some free photo retouching software to help fix any possible problems with the photos you take of your drawings, like slight misfocus or bad lighting. They really help.
